2. Currency Conversion Charges
Please note that refunds will be processed based on the conversion rates applicable at the time of the original transaction. Currency conversion charges will be non-refundable. Depending on your country of origin, the exchange rate may fluctuate, and this may impact the refund amount in your local currency.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request being approved. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
